To access your Launchpad Premium subscription on another device, you'll need to sign into the same Apple ID that you purchased your subscription with (in-app purchases and Apple subscriptions cannot be transferred between Apple IDs.)
If you cannot access your Launchpad Premium subscription on your device and you are signed into the same Apple ID you purchased it with, please go to:
Premium tab -> Restore
