Ampify Studio requires an internet connection to download the sounds and to be able to sign in to your Ampify account.
3rd party antivirus/firewall software can block an app's connection to internet. If you have it installed, you may have to allow permission for Ampify Studio to connect to the internet within the settings of you antivirus/firewall software. How to allow certain processes and folders through as exceptions will differ depending on which antivirus/firewall software you have installed.
