First, please check that you are logged into the same Apple ID that you used to make the purchase. To see the Apple ID you are logged into, please follow the steps mentioned in this article:https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT205064. It is also worth noting that changing your App Store region will make purchased features unavailable. If you have changed App Store region and are unable to access those features, please use the Contact Support form to get in touch with us.
In some cases, when you’ve switched Apple ID accounts on a device, you may lose access to a previously purchased feature. To resolve this, you can go through the purchase process for a feature you’ve already bought on your original Apple ID (you will not be charged again if purchasing from the same Apple ID), or you can attempt to restore a soundpack. The restore function is found in the Launchpad or Blocs Wave Store, or within the Groovebox Settings.
